HLLM Studio - The Topology Platform For Building Agentic Systems

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HLLM Studio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

HLLM Studio is a software platform that provides tools for designing, testing, orchestrating, and visualizing large language model (“LLM”) agents and multi-agent workflows. The Service enables users to integrate and interact with artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers.

HLLM Studio provides tooling only. It does not deploy AI systems on behalf of users, does not determine the purpose or use of AI workflows, and does not control or guarantee model behavior or outputs.

3. AI System Role and Responsibility

HLLM Studio acts solely as a provider of general-purpose AI orchestration and development tools. HLLM Studio does not train, fine-tune, operate, or deploy AI systems for users and does not determine the datasets, parameters, objectives, or real-world use of any AI system created using the Service.

Users are solely responsible for:

the configuration, deployment, and operation of any AI workflows or systems created using the Service;
ensuring appropriate human oversight;
evaluating suitability, accuracy, and safety of outputs; and
complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, data protection laws, consumer protection laws, and sector-specific regulations.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

provide accurate, current, and complete information;
maintain and promptly update your account information;
keep your credentials secure and confidential;
accept responsibility for all activity under your account; and
notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation;
generate, store, transmit, or facilitate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party;
develop, deploy, or operate unlawful or prohibited AI systems;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
engage in scraping, automated extraction, or data harvesting without authorization;
impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code; or
use the Service to build or offer a directly competing product or service.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate access for any violation.

6. Paid Services and Billing

Certain features may require payment. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing, plans, or features at any time upon reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by HLLM Studio Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant HLLM Studio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and store such content solely to provide and operate the Service.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8. Third-Party Services and Models

The Service integrates with third-party AI models, APIs, and services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. HLLM Studio does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, outputs, or compliance.

Changes, limitations, or failures of third-party services may impact functionality, and HLLM Studio bears no liability for such impacts.

9. No Professional Advice

The Service and all AI-generated outputs are provided for informational, experimental, and development purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You agree not to rely on AI-generated outputs for decisions requiring professional judgment without independent verification.

10. AI Output Limitations

You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic and may generate inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or misleading outputs. HLLM Studio makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of outputs before any use or deployment.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

To the extent personal data is processed through the Service, HLLM Studio acts as a data processor and the user acts as the data controller, as defined under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Users are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of personal data and for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents. HLLM Studio processes personal data only to provide the Service and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

12. International Data Transfers

The Service may involve processing and storage of data outside the European Union. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are implemented to support lawful international data transfers.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

We may retain logs, metadata, backups, and residual copies of data for operational, security, legal, or compliance purposes. Data deletion requests may not result in immediate or complete removal from all systems.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HLLM STUDIO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HLLM STUDIO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HLLM Studio Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your AI workflows or outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete or retain data in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
